How to use: 10–15–20 questions each session; ramp up the number over time. Use alongside suggestions in the MBE Tipsheet. Each cell represents one practice session — log your source, subject, and score.

Start after the first subject has been covered in class and in the MBE workshop.
After each new subject, include it in the cycle with a heavier presence in the rotation.
Week 4 onward: 1st session each day should be do-overs of missed Qs from 1–2 weeks earlier.

Once you are caught up with the last subject, cycle through all 7 every 2-plus days. "Missing" days can be made up before or after a planned absence by upping the numbers for a few sessions. Take days off when sitting the NCBEx OPE/Exams or a Simulated MBE. Secondary MBE sources should be used every few days to stay sharp.
